"The Definition of Connection-
Meet Cute (pronounced /miːt kjuːt). This term has existed since the 1940s in literature, movies, television, etc. This is a way to quickly introduce two characters and set up their potential relationship. A meet-cute is almost always rife with awkwardness, embarrassment, and miscommunication. Think about every Meg Ryan movie you’ve ever seen. That’s a meet cute, buddy.
Boy meets girl. Girl meets boy. He doesn’t know what to say. She doesn’t know how to say it. How do they stumble through bridging the gap? That’s what we want to see. How do they figure everything out? How do they build that connection? I guess we’ll find out. And in the process, well, maybe they feel things."
