How does it work?
All readings are pay-what-you-can, and we accept both cash and food items. The cash proceeds from each show will be donated to that month's organization, and the food items will be transformed into a communal meal after the show that is open to both artists and audience alike.

FAQs
What organizations are you benefitting?
Right now, we're focusing on organizations that support the most vulnerable communities in the US and abroad. We are primarily working with organizations that support our queer and trans siblings, undocumented neighbors and asylum seekers, reproductive health access, as well as rebuilding and liberation of Palestine.
What food items can I bring?
You can bring any food item, fresh or nonperishable, that you would eat yourself. Items can be open (i.e. ) Our aim for the dinner portion of this project is simple: to feed our neighbors and mitigate food waste at a time when grocery prices are skyrocketing and community solidarity is crucial. While our chefs up-to-date on food service best practices, we are not a professionally licensed kitchen.
What if I don't have any food or cash to spare?
Come anyways!
Does all of our money go to the organizations involved?
Due to the generosity of our artistic volunteers, we are able to donate all of the proceeds in most cases. If needed, we use a small amount of the proceeds for staple items to round out meals, and we do reserve the right to use proceeds towards any significant damages that may happen during shows. So... please don't break our windows. We are committed to transparency, and will be sharing the amounts collected and donated (and spent, if necessary) after each show.
What if there are leftovers?
Audience members are welcome to bring their own takeaway containers and the leftovers will be divided up into as many reasonable portions as we can manage.
How can I get involved?
